1- How does the programme work?
While it is a flexible program to suit your individual needs, the training sessions usually involves a try-out session/assessment session and based on that, your trainer will give you a scheme to work with for a couple of weeks. This includes strength and/or cardio plan.
The scheme can be carried out independently in your local gym or at home (depending on your goal, preference, physical abilities and accessibility to equipment). You’d meet your trainer/physiotherapist every 2-3 weeks to build-up the training plan and/or make the necessary changes but in the meanwhile you will have the option to contact us directly via WhatsApp, phone or email to answer any questions/challenges you may have and to keep us up to date on your progress.
Our nutritionist’s approach is always evidence-based and the sessions will be tailored to your needs. These sessions will involve a personalized diet plan (depending on your food preferences, allergies…etc.) that will help you reach your goals. You will also find the sessions highly educational to help you understand how to get the right amount of macro and micronutrients during and after your weight loss journey.
