Following graduation, I owned my private physiotherapy practice in the Netherlands and worked there for 4 years. In 2018, I decided to move to Dublin to pursue higher education. In 2020, I obtained a masters by research degree in obesity from the University College Dublin.
Physiotherapy is my passion. I enjoy helping people during their recovery process and supervising them to reach their goals. Moreover, I believe in working together with the client in setting a suitable plan that will help them reach optimal results. I also believe that taking small steps and setting realistic short-term goals will help in achieving physical long-term goals safely. This motivates me to grow within my profession and gives me energy and enthusiasm on daily basis.
As a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, it is my responsibility to continuously develop my knowledge and skills and stay up to date with the latest research so that I can provide my clients with the highest-quality services.
Where possible, I work in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and protocols. Moreover, I personalize every treatment to meet each client’s needs. My approach takes into consideration the health problem as well as the psychological aspects of my patients. Also, where necessary I work with other professionals to provide best care for every client.

Shadow & Sheeba
Hi All,
We are the twins Shadow and Sheeba and we often work part-time at ProHealth365! We joined the team since we’ve been rescued around March 2023 and since, we loved working hard greeting people on their way in and out of the clinic. We mostly try to behave ourselves and not bother people but we are still very young, curious and are learning new things every day. We’re very friendly and calm for our age but please let us know if you have fear of us or allergic to us BEFORE you come in so we can make the necessary arrangements such as going into the crate, using another room or booking you in when we are not in the clinic.
We look forward to giving everyone else a paw.
Sarah Porumb, Assistant Physiotherapist
Hello,
After graduating with my physiotherapy degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 2025, I returned to Ireland.
As part of my education, I received extensive training across a variety of physiotherapy settings, including private practice, hospital environments, and working with diverse patient populations. This experience has allowed me to develop a broad understanding of different conditions and treatment approaches.
I have developed a strong range of skills within the profession that enable me to deliver effective, individualized treatment plans. My goal is always to optimize outcomes and support each patient in achieving the best possible results.
I have a genuine love for physiotherapy. It motivates me to continually improve and give my best to every patient I work with. I am especially passionate about helping people reach their personal goals, whether that is recovering from injury, improving mobility, or enhancing overall quality of life.
I strongly believe in working together as a team, both with my patients and alongside other healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible care and outcomes. I follow an evidence-based approach, keeping up to date with the latest research to provide safe, effective, and high-quality treatment. I also believe in a patient-centered approach, creating realistic and achievable goals and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey.
Outside of work, I am passionate about sports and maintaining an active lifestyle. If I’m not at home, you’ll most likely find me out on a walk with a coffee in my hand.
