Online group training sessions
Are you struggling to exercise? is your activity impacted by COVID-19? or maybe you just need a bit of motivation?
At Prohealth365 physiotherapy & nutrition, we understand the impact of COVID-19 on people’s activity. We also understand that the worst thing that we can do to our health right now is being sedentary. Therefore, we came up with a solution for those of you who want to keep active from the comfort of your own home.
We are now offering online classes as well as a combined diet and exercise programme that will suit everyone and help you stay active & motivated at home!
Currently, we are offering the following group sessions:
- Progressive light-medium intensity strength training: suitable for overweight & obese clients, beginners, and everyone who would like to increase their fitness level, tone up, and maintain their muscle mass. The workout duration is 45-60 min.
- Hight intensity interval training (HIIT): if you’re an intermediate-advanced trainee, and you don’t have a medical condition and/or joint injuries that prevent you from training intensively, then this 30-minute challenge is just right for you!
- RESTART programme: This complete programme is suitable for everyone who would like to improve their health through diet and/or exercise. The programme is specially designed to suit patients who suffer from fibromyalgia, arthrosis, osteoporosis, back pain, older clients and beginners with overweight and obesity. Each session will last 45-60 minutes.
