I am a Physiotherapist with a degree from Hanze University of Applied Sciences, 2015, Netherlands. As part of my education towards becoming a physiotherapist, I received extensive training in different private practices and in the hospital sector. Following graduation, I owned my private physiotherapy practice in the Netherlands and worked there for 4 years. In 2018, I decided to move to Dublin to pursue higher education. In 2020, I obtained a masters by research degree in obesity from the University College Dublin.

Physiotherapy is my passion. I enjoy helping people during their recovery process and supervising them to reach their goals. Moreover, I believe in working together with the client in setting a suitable plan that will help them reach optimal results. I also believe that taking small steps and setting realistic short-term goals will help in achieving physical long-term goals safely. This motivates me to grow within my profession and gives me energy and enthusiasm on daily basis.

As a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists, it is my responsibility to continuously develop my knowledge and skills and stay up to date with the latest research so that I can provide my clients with the highest-quality services.

Where possible, I work in accordance with evidence-based guidelines and protocols. Moreover, I personalize every treatment to meet each client’s needs. My approach takes into consideration the health problem as well as the psychological aspects of my patients. Also, where necessary I work with other professionals to provide best care for every client.
